We know that funds are tight right now in these economic times, but we figure that’s all the more reason to continue producing a quality music event that is affordable to all the residents of our four corners area.
We are inviting you to become a Sponsor of the 7th Annual Animas River Blues Festival that will be held in Aztec on July 14, 2012.
This festival brings in people from all over the four corners and is a great way for us to work together to promote your business and our music festival.
After the 2011 festival, Animas River Arts & Entertainment (a non-profit organization), was able to donate funds to two other non-profits - the Aztec Animal Shelter and the Aztec Boys & Girls Club.
Part of our mission is to donate proceeds from our yearly event to other local San Juan County non-profit organizations.
We are also setting up a scholarship fund for local kids interested in furthering their education in the fields of fine arts and performing arts.
The information below lists all of the sponsorship possibilities and perks and has leveled tiers that will accommodate anyone’s budget.
For sponsors who contribute $1,000.00 or more we will place your company logo and name on a 2’ x 4’ banner that will be displayed on the stage during the entire event and on our hundreds of posters that are distributed throughout the four corners.
Sponsors names and logos are also proudly displayed on two large A Frames at the festival for the entire day, in our program, on our T-shirts and on our website.
For six years now this Blues festival has been going strong and only gets bigger each year. The event is put on each year by a dedicated group of volunteers who love bringing top-notch entertainment to San Juan County.
We are a non-profit 501(c) (3) corporation, Fed. ID # 51-0653407, so your sponsorship donation may be tax deductible!
Deadline for sponsorships, (in order to be listed on T-shirt and other promotional items), is June 1, 2012.
