Set up begins at 12pm on Friday the 13th through 5pm, and 8am through 11am Saturday the 14th. You agree to be completely set-up by the event start time (11am) and to remain set-up until the event end time. Tables, chairs and canopies not provided. Electric outlets are limited on a first come, first serve basis for an extra fee of $25.00. After unloading at the event, you will be required to move your vehicle to a designated parking area. All vehicles must be removed from the evevt area by 10am the day of the event.
We limit same type vendors on a first come, first serve basis reserve early!
Early reservations insure your spot.

Note: All vendors selling products or food must have a City of Aztec business license per New Mexico state law. Please complete the One(1) Day Aztec Business License Permit if you do not already have an Aztec business license. Return the completed form and permit fee to the City of Aztec, 201 W Chaco, Aztec, NM 87410.
Note: All vendors preparing and serving food at the event need to have a Food Service Permit per the New Mexico Environment Department. Please complete the One(1) to Three(3) Day Food Service Application if you do not have a New Mexico Catering License. The temporary food service permit is free. Return the completed form to the Farmington Field Office, 3400 Messina Drive, Farmington, NM 87401 at least 10 days prior to the event.

If you pay online you will still need to send in your downloaded vendor form for description of the booth and your signature. Make sure to also send in a copy of your online payment.
