Animas River Blues – Saturday July 5, 2008
Times:  12:00pm – 9:30pm
Non Profit $20.00
Arts & Crafts, Commercial $45 Set up begins: 9:00am
Food Concession $75 Must Remain open till:9:00pm         
Location:  Riverside Park - Aztec, New Mexico

Payment must accompany a signed entry form to confirm a space(s).  You can begin setting-up Three hours prior to your chosen event.  You agree to be completely set-up by the event start time and to remain set-up until the event end time, or forfeit your deposit. Tables and chairs will not be provided. Electric outlets are limited on a first come, first serve basis. Permission to utilize electricity must be requested and cleared no later than two weeks prior to the event. After unloading at the event, you will be required to move your vehicle to a designated parking area.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of $20 for Non-profit Organizations, $25 for arts, crafts and commercial and $50 for commercial/food vendors is required. The damage deposit should be paid by separate check. Deposits will be refunded after the event, unless the deposit has been forfeited due to non-arrival, late arrival or early departure as stated below.

We limit same type vendors on a first come, first serve basis – reserve early! Early reservations insure your spot.

Please contact the City of Aztec, 505-334-7670 to obtain any necessary City permit. If you are a food vendor, you must have a state food permit to set-up. Contact NM Environment Dept. 505-327-9851 for instructions.

By signing this vendor form, you agree to hold harmless Animas River Arts & Entertainment, along with their employees and Board of Directors for damage, injury or loss of property due to accident, theft, or act of nature.

Commercial Vendors are defined as vendors: Selling commercial items made by manufacturers, requiring electricity, using equipment onsite; selling out of a concession trailer; children or adult games; onsite novelty producers; 10 X 20 booths or larger etc. If you are not sure of your vendor category and rate, please do not hesitate to call Katee at (505)330-4616, or email us at info@animasriverblues.com
